After Cryo, I could walk 5 miles. I could run. I didn’t need a steroid shot. The doctor was amazed.

If I didn’t have cryo, I wouldn't be the athlete I am right now. I wouldn’t be on the field today.

Can we have another option I know somebody who can do this for a reasonable cost, for that's great

Cryotherapy involves exposing the body to extremely cold temperatures for a few minutes to promote recovery, reduce inflammation, and boost circulation. It triggers the body's natural healing processes.
Yes, cryotherapy is generally safe for most healthy individuals. Sessions are short, closely monitored, and conducted by trained professionals. You’ll also wear protective gear to ensure safety.
The number of sessions depends on your goals. For general wellness or pain relief, 1–2 sessions per week may be enough. Athletes or those recovering from injuries may benefit from more frequent treatments.
You’ll wear minimal clothing—typically underwear or shorts—with gloves, socks, and slippers provided to protect extremities. For localized cryotherapy, only the treatment area is exposed.
Most people tolerate cryotherapy well. Some may experience mild redness, tingling, or numbness immediately after treatment, which typically fades quickly. It is not recommended for individuals with severe hypertension or certain heart conditions.
